5. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the HIV Routine Testing Grant from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $12,072. This is a renewal. No matching funds required. 

6. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Residential Sharps Container Grant from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in the amount of $5,000. This is a renewal. No matching funds required. 

7. Pre-Travel Approval for Caleb Gruening, E.I. Service Coordinator, to attend the Sharing a Vision Conference for Early Intervention Service Coordinators in East Peoria, IL from 10/8-10/10/25 in the amount of $562.00.
