The Illinois College clay target team has two athletes leading individual categories in the USA Clay Target League after the second week of competition.
Ann Feldhake leads all female competitors in trap with an average score of 24.75. Hannah Hopper is first among females in skeet, averaging 24. "IC's Ann Feldhake leads all females in trap with an average of 24.75, while Hannah Hopper is tops among females in skeet, averaging 24."
In addition to Feldhake’s performance in trap, Hopper ranks fourth with an average of 23.25, Morgan Tracey is sixth at 23, and Aurora Baker holds eighth place at 22.75. In skeet, Illinois College athletes occupy the top five positions: Korina Hecht is second (22), Feldhake third (21), Reece Winebrinner fourth (20), and Tracy fifth (15).
For women’s sporting clays, Hopper stands fourth in the league with a score of 42. Hecht follows in sixth place at 36, Feldhake seventh at 33.5, and Winebrinner eighth at 33.
On the men’s side, Adam Stuckemeyer is tied for third place in trap with an average of 24 and shares eighth place in sporting clays—alongside teammate Andrew Magnus—with an average score of 41.5.
As a team, Illinois College ranks second overall in conference skeet with a total score of 211 and holds third place both in trap (944) and sporting clays (156).
The third week shoot for the fall season will take place Wednesday at Jacksonville Sporting Club.
