The Sherman Village Board heard a presentation on current road needs under the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) at a recent meeting.
The engineering report focused on the state of the village's roads and the costs needed to upgrade and repair them under the CIP.
The board also approved an ordinance authorizing the village to borrow money to buy a new 2016 Chevrolet Silverado Police vehicle.
The board also approved a service agreement with Kuhn & Trello Consulting Engineers to provide engineering services for the village in 2016.The board also received an update on the park-bench and batting-cage projects.
