• Approve application for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) with anticipated grant revenue of $39,868; matching funds not required
• Approve to hire a replacement Correctional Officer-Sgt. at an annual salary of $60,653-$67,893 effective June 3, 2016; the previous employee transferred within the department
• Approve to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $33,875 effective June 23, 2016; the previous employee transferred with the department

• Approve to hire a Probation Manager at an annual salary of $54,390-$84,613 effective July 1, 2016; this is a new position that was created as a result of reallocation of the management staff
• Approve to hire a replacement Probation Officer at an annual salary of $37,506-$56,259 effective July 3, 2016; this position is being downgraded from Senior Probation Officer to Probation Officer position with a Senior Probation Officer from the Adult Division transferring to the Juvenile Division as a result of the vacant Senior Probation Officer position on June 3, 2016

• Approve contract between The Survey Research Office of the University of Illinois at Springfield and SSCRPC to update the City’s Comprehensive Plan at a cost of $8,502.01

• Approve to hire a replacement County Board Liaison at an annual salary of up to the midpoint for a Pay Grade 7 ($33,564-$40,278) effective July 1, 2016
