Williams Township Board of Trustees met March 14.

The regular meeting of Williams Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Miller at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 14, 2017. The meeting was held at the Township office.
Those present were: Supervisor Lee Miller, Road Commissioner Rich Bond, Trustees: Alan Justice, Jan Halford, and John Sweeney.
Guest present – Debra Booker, Marla Smith and Marla Justice.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Trustee John Sweeney.
Trustee Halford moved to approve the minutes of the February 14th, 2017, board meeting. Second by Trustee Justice. Motion carried.
Trustee Justice moved to approve the monthly bills. Second by Trustee Halford. Motion carried.
Trustee Sweeney moved to approve payroll for the month of March. Second by Trustee Justice. Motion carried.
Road Commissioner Bond reported the township has a work order for a new truck and should be delivered mid-June. The road oiling report is complete with 20.4 miles of road done.
Trustee Halford moved to approve the agenda for the Annual Town Meeting. Second by Trustee Justice. Motion carried.
Trustee Justice moved to approve FY2018 meeting dates. Second by Trustee Sweeney. Motion carried.
Trustee Sweeney moved date for hearing on budgets to be May 9th immediately following the regular meeting. Second by Trustee Halford. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned following a motion by Trustee Halford and a second by Trustee Justice.
