Action:
1. Conduct a public hearing on petition submitted by Mr. Ed. Carter for a Conditionally Permitted Use for the property bearing no common street address, but identified by Tax ID Parcel Number 06-36.0-300-034, in Sherman, Illinois 62684, to allow for the pasturing of cattle on the 12.22 acres. This notice was posted in The State Journal Register on May 12, 2017 in compliance with the Sherman Village Code.
Public Comment / Questions:
At the public hearing, all persons interested will be given an opportunity to provide oral and written testimony. The hearing may be continued to another date by motion of the Zoning Board of Appeals at the hearing without further notice.
