Chatham Firefighter's Pension Board will meet November 1.

Here is the agenda provided by the Board:

I. Call to order Regular Meeting.

IV. Approval of Previous Meetings Minutes.

V. Treasurer/Investment Committee Report.

a. Review of investments and account balances and actions re same.

b. Bill Yocius of Mitchell, Vaught, & Taylor Inc. Investment Advisors will present the Pension Funds quarterly statement.

c. Acceptance and approval of any Investments and Transactions completed by our Investment Advisor, Bill Yocius of Mitchell, Vaught, & Taylor Inc. and actions re same.

d. Approval to move money from Bank & Trust Pension Fund account to the Chatham Firefighter’s Investment Portfolio at Charles Schwab and actions re same.

e. Received a reimbursement of Trustee Kyle Romadka’s AFFI Pension Seminar registration fee in the amount of $ 175.00. It was deposited back into our account.

f. Approval of payment to Timothy W. Sharpe, Actuary for cost of services for an Chatham Firefighter’s Pension Fund Independent Audit in the amount of $ 2,500.00 and actions re same.

g. Approval of payment to IPPFA for annual membership dues in the amount of $ 795.00 and actions re same.

h. Approval of payment to Trustee William Rose for travel expense and parking at the AFFI 16- hour Trustee Pension Seminar in Normal, IL. in the amount of $ 30.90 and actions re same.
