Sangamon County Liquor Committee met Nov. 15.

Here is the minutes provided by the Committee;

PRESENT: Lisa Hills - Chairman, Cathy Scaife - Vice Chairman, Abe Forsyth, Tom Fraase, Linda Fulgenzi, Brad Miller, Vera Small, Sam Snell, Mike Sullivan and Joel Tjelmeland

NOT PRESENT: Craig Hall

OTHERS: Trustin Harrison, Dwayne Gab, Tony & Joseph Saccaro (Stockyard Saloon & Gaming LLP) and Mary Carter (Secretary)

Chairman Hills called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. Hills asked for r a motion to approve the October 18th minutes. Fulgenzi made a motion to approve and Tjelmeland seconded Motion carried (8-0).

New License:

O 243-1AA Stockyard Saloon and Gaming LLP (Tony Saccaro & Joseph Saccaro) Tony & Joe are taking over the Koo Koo's Nest. Scaife made a motion to approve and Fulgenzi seconded. Motion carried (8-0)

temporary Licence

Temporary License:

o 2017-034. Central Illinois Youth Softball NFP (Jessica Collins) fundraiser at the Fairgrounds on December 2, 2017

Reports:

Trustin Harrison-tavern incident report was discussed

Video gaming report was discussed-(down about $1600)

The committee talked about where they will go next month for the Christmas dinner.

There was no public comment.

Tjelmeland made a motion to adjourn & Sullivan seconded. Motion carried (10-0)

Meeting adjourned at 5:22pm.
