Williams Township Board of Trustees will meet April 10.
Here is the agenda provided by the Board:
1. Town Clerk calls Annual Town meeting to order.
2. Election of moderator.
3. Moderator sworn in.
4. Moderator conducts remainder of meeting.
a) Approval of minutes of April 11, 2017, Annual Meeting
b) Presentation of Supervisor’s Reports to Town Clerk
c) Presentation of Highway Commissioner’s Reports to Town Clerk
d. Motion and second to designate the Supervisor, Assessor and Town Clerk as Board of Health for the Township for the ensuing year. Vote.
e. Motion and Second to appoint the Highway Commissioner as weed inspector and thistle commissioner. Vote.
f. Motion and second to issue Tax Anticipation Warrants if needed. Vote.
g. Motion and second to appoint the Williamsville State Bank & Trust as depository for Township funds. Vote.
h. Ratify dates for meetings for FY2019 that were approved at the March 13th regular meeting.
i. Public Comments.
j. Adjournment.
