Chatham Fire Protection District Firefighters Pension Fund Board of Trustees met April 16. 

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

I. Meeting called to order at 1500 hours by President W. Rose.

II. Present were: President W. Rose, Secretary B. Osborne, J. Bolletta and K. Romadka.

     Absent were: B. Gorbett.

III. Public Comment and Concerns:

      No Public Comment.

IV. New Business:

      Two (2) nomination(s) were received for the expired term of Trustee Joseph Bolletta’s position

         on the Chatham Firefighter’s Pension Fund Board by Secretary B. Osborne. The nominations

         received to fill that expired Trustee position on the Chatham Firefighter’s Pension Fund Board

         were Chatham Firefighter Pension Fund members Joseph R. Bolletta and Philip G. Schumer.

         Secretary B. Osborne made a motion to declare that nominee Joseph R. Bolletta received the

         most votes and will fill the expired three (3) year term and seconded by K. Romadka, motion

         passed. Nominee Joseph R. Bolletta was elected to another three (3) year term that expires on

         April 30, 2021.

         No closed session required.

V. Adjournment:

      Motion to adjourn meeting at 1505 hours was made by President W. Rose and seconded by
