City of Springfield issued the following announcement on July 6.
CWLP’s contractor, Nelson Tree Service, will be trimming trees through July for the CWLP line clearance
program for the safety and continuity and reliability of electric service. Work is planned in the area
between Cockrell Lane and Old Chatham Road from Woodside Road to Idlewild Lane. For more
