City of Atlanta issued the following announcement on Aug. 3.
The City of Atlanta drinking water has high levels of Nitrite. Do Not Give the Water to Infants under 6 Months Old or Use it to make Formula.

The City has placed automatic hydrant flushers throughout town.
These will run at night.
This process will last for several weeks.
Please use caution while doing laundry.
