     b. Presentation of 2018 Water Utility Master Plan.

    *c. Recommendation to Waive the Formal Bid Procedure and award Proposal for the Eastside Lift Station Fine Screen Rebuild.

    *d. Recommendation to approve Phosphorus Removal and Digester Improvements Project Time Extension Change Order No. 3 to IHC.

    *e. Recommendation to Award Capacity, Management, Operations and Maintenance Plan (CMOM) Phase II Sewer System Evaluation Survey of West WOR to Engineering Enterprises Inc.

    *f. Recommendation to award the Bid for Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Lining Program.

    *g. Recommendation to approve Purchase Order to Electric Conduit Construction for Installation of Electric Manhole at Valley Shopping Center.
