School discipline: Which Metro Springfield districts reported the most suspensions due to dangerous weapons?

Champaign Community Unit School District 4, New Berlin Community Unit School District 16 and Glenbard Township High School District 87 reported the highest rate of students suspended for reasons related to a dangerous weapon during the 2016-17 school year in Metro Springfield, according to the latest report from the Illinois State Board of Education.

In this analysis, the incident rate is calculated by dividing the number of incidents by district enrollment.
