City of Lincoln issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
Beginning at 7 a.m. Wednesday morning, Illinois Valley Paving will begin Milling N. Logan St. between Keokuk St. and the railroad crossing to the north. This includes the 700 through 1000 block of N. Logan St. The contractor will then move over to N. College St. to do a small area at Woodlawn Rd. and College St. near CVS Pharmacy. Beginning Thursday morning they will apply a primer and then begin to lay new asphalt. Their intention is to keep one lane of traffic open at all times but do expect delays in these areas. QUESTIONS?
