St. John's Hospital Springfield Illinois issued the following announcement on Oct. 23.
We are delighted to receive $4,700 to benefit St. John’s Hospice Program.
The 2018 Tail O’The Possum Ernie Langheim Memorial Hospice Benefit Ride raised $3,670 to benefit hospice. Thank you to everyone who supported the event!
The annual family memorial motorcycle ride has raised over $20,000 for St. John’s Hospice program since 2012.
This year, the event was boosted through an additional fundraiser, with Ernie Langheim’s grandson, Brett Bentley, finishing an amazing 487-mile “Hike for Hospice” on the Colorado Trail in memory of his grandfather, raising $1,030 for St. John’s Hospice program!
