State House race: Democrat Costello, II wins voter tally in St. Clair County

Jerry Costello, II led Republican David Freiss in votes cast in St. Clair County for the District 116 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Costello, II appeared to outpace Freiss by a margin of 12 percent on Tuesday in the county.
