Bartlett Public Library District Committee of the Whole met October 15.
Here is the minutes as provided by the committee:
The Committee of the Whole was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by President Barry.
Roll Call: Present were Teen Trustee Andrew Sangar, Trustees Eric Shipman, John Sias, Heidi Hopkins, Peggy Bucaro, Dave Barry, Lynn DeSmidt and Fran Byron.
Staff members present were:
Library Director Karolyn Nance
Also present were:
Anthony Cervini, Auditor with the firm Sikich Inc.
Joseph Olsen, patron.
Town Hall: None.
Report on Annual Audit: Auditor Anthony Cervini, with the firm Sikich Inc. gave his report of the Library’s Annual Audit for fiscal year 2017-2018.
The report gave a clean opinion of the Library’s accounting.

Adjournment: There being no further business, a motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Trustee Shipman. Seconded by Trustee Hopkins. The motion passed. The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
