Trustee Gerger motioned to have the consent agenda put on the table for action.Trustee Mann seconded the motion. Vote was take to approve the consent agenda: Mann, yes; Gerger; yes, Fountain, yes; Detmers, yes; Scherschel, yes; Yes votes: 5and No votes: 0, Abstain: 0. Minutes were approved.
