Non partisan Andrew Proctor's election campaign committee, Citizens for Andrew Proctor, spent $6,291 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Proctor's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,940) going to ABCompuprint in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Proctor's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
