How did J Michael Houston spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Non partisan J Michael Houston's election campaign committee, Houston for Mayor, spent $1,119 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Houston's committee spent the most on new cell phone in the quarter, with all those payments ($675) going to Verizon Wireless in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Houston's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
