How did Herman Senor spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Herman Senor's election campaign committee, Citizens for Senor for State Rep, spent $4,028 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Senor's committee spent the most on signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,960) going to Midwest Signs in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Senor's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
