There were 2 on-campus cases of criminal fondling in 2017 on the campus of University of Illinois-Springfield, located in Springfield, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the U.S. Department of Education website.

In 2016, there were 2 cases of criminal fondling on the campus; and in 2015, there were 0 cases of criminal fondling. Overall, in the three year period from 2015 through 2017, 100 percent of on-campus cases of criminal fondling happened in residence halls.
