Lincoln home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Lincoln fell by $4,750 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,000 - a 6.5% decrease over the $72,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Lincoln in the first quarter of 2017.
