Route 97/ Walnut Street home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Route 97/ Walnut Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $5,450 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,800 - a 9.4% decrease over the $58,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Route 97/ Walnut Street in the third quarter of 2016.
