The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Salisbury/ Farmingdale, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $33,500 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 30.3% increase over the $110,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Salisbury/ Farmingdale in February 2016.
