Route 29/ Route 97 home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Route 29/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $47,750 - a 43.6% increase over the $33,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Route 29/ Route 97 in February 2016.
