Arlington Heights home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Arlington Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $9,184 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $16,000 - a 36.5% decrease over the $25,184 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Arlington Heights in February 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Arlington Heights for 2017 was $1,058. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,024. This marks an increase of 3.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 6.6%.
