Route 4/ Route 97 home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,000 - a 14.3% decrease over the $108,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Route 4/ Route 97 for 2017 was $1,853. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,907. This marks an decrease of 2.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
