Coroner's Office: 

1. Approval to adjust salaries for all Part-time Investigators effective 12/1/24. Their hourly rate will  change from $20 to $24/hr. 

2. Approval for temporary assignment pay for James Robinson, Deputy Coroner effective 11/1/24 - $500/per pay. 

3. Approval for temporary assignment pay for Zach Thomas, Chief Deputy Coroner effective 11/1/24 - $500/per pay. 

4. Approval for temporary assignment pay for Marissa Lesko, Deputy Coroner effective 11/1/24 - $500/per pay. 

5. Approval for temporary assignment pay for James McFadden, Deputy Coroner effective 12/1/24 - $500/per pay.

Sheriff's Office: 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Chief Deputy at an annual salary of $135,294.85 effective 10/23/24 (County Administrator emergency approval for 10/23/24 replacement date); the previous employee left the position on 8/31/24 at an annual salary of $135,294.85 and left the payroll system on 9/13/24. Approve promotion for Captain John Hayes to Chief Deputy effective 10/23/24; his salary will change from $128,851.84 to $135,294.85. 

2. Approval to adjust salary for Chief Deputy John Hayes effective 12/1/24; his salary would change from $135,294.85 to $143,188. 

3. Approval to adjust salary for Captain Audie Prange effective 12/1/24; his salary would change from $132,718 to $136,370. 

4. Approval to adjust salary for Superintendent Larry Beck effective 12/1/24; his salary would change from $109,288 to $136,370. 

5. Approval to adjust salary for Assistant Superintendent William Smith effective 12/1/24; his salary would change from $95,301 to $97,923. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Lieutenant at an annual salary range of $78,334.88-$118,212.68 effective 11/27/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/16/24 at an annual salary of $118,212.68 and left the payroll on 8/30/24. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Sergeant at an annual salary range of $72,010.76- 

113,161.24 effective 11/27/24; the previous employee was promoted on 8/19/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $103,870.50. 

8. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary range of $59,715.14-62,351 effective 11/17/24; the previous employee left the position on 10/1/24 at an annual salary of $64,295.71 and left the payroll on 10/11/24. 

9. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary range of $59,715,14-62,351 effective 11/27/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/17/24 at an annual salary of $62,351 and left the payroll on 8/2/24. 

10. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-Ray O'Herron for SCSO uniform expenses in the amount of $63,870. 

11. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-Motorola Solutions for utilizing the Starcom Communications Network in the amount of $78,576. 

12. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-Multiple supplies vendors for jail and inmate supplies in the amount of $118,678.88. 

13. Purchase Order-Tower Capital Group LP for communications antenna (FY25) in the amount of $9,646.20. 

14. Purchase Order-Campion, Barrow & Assoc for SCSO Personnel Testing (FY25) in the amount of $11,558. 

15. Purchase Order-Law Enforcement Training Advisory Commission for FY25 membership fees in the amount of $7,432. 

16. Purchase Order-Rudin Printing Company for SCSO Printing in the amount of $4,750. 

17. Purchase Order-PSP Midco LLC for K-9 FY25 annual food purchase in the amount of $6,000. 

18. Purchase Order-Keith Cummins DMD for FY25 annual inmate dental in the amount of $21,195.60. 19. Purchase Order-AT & T for FY25 administrative phone lines in the amount of $23,133.12. 

20. Purchase Order-AT & T for FY25 mobile phones in the amount of $26,320.80. 

21. Changed Purchase Order-AT & T for FY24 administrative phone lines-with a change in amount from $13,627.66 to $20,425.90.
