16th Street/ Ash Street home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in 16th Street/ Ash Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $75 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $22,800 - a 0.3% decrease over the $22,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in 16th Street/ Ash Street in September 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in 16th Street/ Ash Street for 2017 was $565. In 2016, the median sales tax was $554. This marks an increase of 2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.5%.
