Woodside home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,500 - a 0.8% increase over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Woodside in December 2017.
