Lincoln home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Lincoln fell by $6,350 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,650 - a 8.5% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Lincoln in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,814, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
