4th Street/ Cook Street home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in 4th Street/ Cook Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $59,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,000 - a 210.7% increase over the $28,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in 4th Street/ Cook Street in November 2017.
