Woodside home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $236,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woodside in February 2018.
