Jerome home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Jerome, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $17,212 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,539 - a 19% decrease over the $90,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Jerome in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Jerome for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,622, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
