Grandview home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Grandview, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $27,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 81.8% increase over the $33,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Grandview in February 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Grandview for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $986, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
