Lincoln home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Lincoln rose by $12,750 while total sales increased by 38.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 19% increase over the $67,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Lincoln in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,814, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
