Williamsville home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Williamsville rose by $5,750 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,750 - a 3.7% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Williamsville in the fourth quarter of 2017.
