Leland Grove home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Leland Grove, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 19.3% decrease over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Leland Grove in the fourth quarter of 2017.
