Route 4/ Route 97 home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $100 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 0.1% increase over the $79,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Route 4/ Route 97 for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,853, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
