College Street/ Ash Street home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in College Street/ Ash Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $2,784 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,966 - a 3.4% decrease over the $82,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in College Street/ Ash Street in the fourth quarter of 2017.
