Devereux Heights home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Devereux Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $42,500 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.
