Emden home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Emden fell by $60,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,250 - a 49.3% decrease over the $122,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Emden in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Emden for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,406, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
