Loami home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Loami fell by $50,900 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 39.2% decrease over the $129,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Loami in the second half of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Loami for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,734, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
