The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $7,575 while total sales increased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,000 - a 7.7% decrease over the $98,575 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue in the second half of 2017.
