Route 4/ Route 97 home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $12,750 while total sales increased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,250 - a 14.3% decrease over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Route 4/ Route 97 for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,853, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
