5th Street/ Griffiths Avenue home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in 5th Street/ Griffiths Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.
