Route 29/ Route 97 home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Route 29/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $3,250 while total sales increased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 7.8% increase over the $41,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Route 29/ Route 97 in 2017.
