Jerome home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Jerome, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $7,016 while total sales decreased by 15.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,500 - a 10.1% increase over the $69,484 median sale price for the previous year. There were 113 homes sold in Jerome in 2017.
